Did you put a Keihin or a Lectron on it ?
I actually got the carb jetting specs from KTM Race team and the bike rips !! I feel no need to bother changing carbs.

I actually got the carb jetting specs from KTM Race team and the bike rips !! I feel no need to bother changing carbs.
Ended up putting a Keihin on it. Honestly I thought it ran fine till I rode a buddies with a Keihin. Throttle response from bottom to mid was noticeably cleaner with the Keihin. Plus I hate fooling with jetting. Rather set it up once and leave it alone.

I bought a Keihin from JD jetting and it has his custom needles. Blue needle 3rd clip, 190 main 45 pilot. 1-1/2 on air screw

Seems like some are doing great with their Mikuni's. I myself thought mine was setup good then the weather got real humid and sputtered a little bit no matter what I changed, and rode a buddies 150 with a Keihin the same day and ended up buying one. I'm sure I could have got the Mikuni dialed, just didn't feel like fooling with it since I got a great deal on a Keihin setup.

This is an amazing carb when set up correctly. Mine is to the point that I have to drop to the 4th clip position when its cold out and the 3rd when its warm/hot out.

This is what worked best for me on C12 mixed at 60:1. It should also be fine on 50/50 pump/race.

Thanks for sharing. I have a second Mikuni that I have been considering trying on my '14 150SX. This will be a good starting point.

Already have a pretty good setting for my '17 TC250, but wouldn't mind trying a another one.
