Wheels, fork guards, radiator louvers and full exhaust? Cylinder as well if you don’t sell the entire engine together?

Does it mean it’s a four stroke yea it very well could be
Yes it's a 4 stroke , if it was a 2 stroke the parts would go quick but not many people want parts off an old 4 stroke. I believe the swingarm is compatible with the two stroke as I used one on mine and it worked even though the part numbers are different and possibly front and rear wheel could be but not sure about that.
And no it's probably not worth fixing unless you plan on riding it yourself. The amount of money you spend on a head will likely be almost as much as the bike is worth unless you find a used one that's in good condition which is hard to tell without seeing it in person. But without it running it could have transmission problems. The first thing to do would be check the rod or crank for up and down play. If there's any even the slightest play when you Yank it straight up it's definitely not worth fixing. Some people might but not myself cuz then you need a whole bottom end and head and maybe top end. Also take the cylinder off and inspect the piston and cylinder, that will be easy since the head is already off. if you want to report back with some pics even though this isn't the proper area for a build I'm sure some people will help you out and tell you whether it's worth it or not.
