1996 coachmen santara converted toy hauler

1996 coachmen 31’ rv converted into a toyhauler. 30,000 miles brand new awning, recent inspection with 4 brand new rear tires. Has full bath, kitchen, on board generator everything works as it should. Outside has some delamination issues going on, I have the epoxy to repair it but I bought a new camper so this has to go. 10,000 obo Garage is 7x8
