Anybody ever used one and are they worth having

It's splitting hairs. You can tinker with the balance between sag and rider position. But really at the end of the day it has to be within a few MM or it throws your exhaust and seat off. So just ask yourself if you're willing to spend X dollars for the ability to move your seat 5-10mm in either direction. Even Carmichael's hackjob Hondas were around 10mm at the seat bolt. To some it's worth it. Me, personally, I'm right in the target inseam length for a bike so it's a nonfactor
