Before

And after

Pics don't show everything. I bought the trailer last summer and it was built out how you see in the first pic. I hadn't done anything outside of adding the speakers.
The red panels on the side looked terrible. They were cracked and the foam padding they put on them was falling off. They were sticky from the glue used and you could really smell it when the heat was high. Just didn't work for me.
The roof was insulated but not covered. The lights weren't bright enough either.
I left the led strips they had in there since they run off the battery. The LED lights I added on the sides run off the generator and really light up the trailer.
Only thing left is to remove the portable AC since it's nowhere near strong enough for Texas head and put in an overhead unit. That will be coming soon.

Since 86 CR250 restorations are about as prevalent as store bought titties in Hollywood-- I'll spare you all the gory details and bolt by bolt therapy I've been enjoying this winter. After untold hours, beer and $$ it is coming along but at a standstill now anxiously awaiting my cylinder to come back from Millennium. Ready for the virus all clear and some summer weather to see how it works..

Forget the 86 how did ya get that postie bike?

I've had the CT110 for about 6 years but it took me practically that long to find a nice unmolested one with a title! I try to make a beer run on it every month or so to keep it healthy. My dad had a '67 when I was a kid and that's when I got the bug.
Funny, here's my "Corona" project. It's a 1980 my Dad and I bought as a project about 6 years ago. He got sick and the postie got lost in the shuffle of life but I pulled it out of storage over the weekend. It will be a fun little errand runner once I get it done.

That's a nice one! Shouldn't take much to make it perfect. I still get a grin when I ride mine, although they are evil handling compared to everything else we ride today.

Refreshing my 2018 YZ250. Cracked the skirt on the piston and tore down the engine. Vapor blasted and matched the cases. Balanced the crank and replaced bearings with microblues. Had a good buddy of mine over at Sharpmoto super finish the trans, port the cylinder, and re dome the head. Then sent the cylinder to millennium for to get fitted for a wiseco racers choice piston and replate. I was able to pick up some 50mm forks and 2 piece shock from a member along with a 450 swing arm and a few other bits and pieces. Serviced the suspension and replaced upper and lower shock bearings. I decided against the 450 swing arm and left the stocker. And it was suppose to be done. But we all know there’s never an end so I ended up with a full ti kit, vortex ignition, some carbon here and there, and somehow got talked into a lectron. Still need to put on new plastics and graphics but I like the stock look with some bling in all the right places.

Started tear down on my 2002 Cr125. I was so board I even setup the camera and made a YouTube video. YouTube video is found under Andy Action... if you guys get board. Tear down is a little slow since I’m recovering from a broken heal.

Picked up a ‘96 CR250 a few months back for $250, wife gave me the greeen light during all this insanity. The stack of boxes showing up daily has her regretting it slightly haha! Frame and hubs are at powder coat, motor is going out this coming week and I have the front end ready to mock up on the bike.
