Since this was such an old thread I thought you were specifically referring to what Wycked31 had posted.

It is a straight forward swap. 09 yz450f or 09-13 yz250f swingarm, corresponding linkage, any 09+ rear wheel, spacers, axle & brake carrier & you are good to go.

If anyone wants to do one on their smoker I have a spare 450f swingarm.
I might be interested in the spare swingarm if you still have it. I assume it is the proper 09 one and sent you a PM.

Thanks,

Are you looking for just the Caliper or do you need the Master Cylinder too? I think that I have a complete assembly. I'll check in the morning!

I wasn't able to find any brake parts but I'm still looking here and there. I have a swing arm, axles, linkage, shock etc lol tons of stuff but no luck on the brakes. Sorry to get your hopes up. I lost steam on this project so everything is packed away. If I come across the brakes bin I'll let you know!

From what I understand the 2009 yz450f swingarm is a direct bolt up which requires a 2009 linkage, hub, and brake hangar. Let’s hope, I just ordered it all for my 2005!

07 swing arm bolted right on my 05 frame perfect, the brake caliper mount where it slides onto swing arm is different
