A Full wr450 transmition (1-5) fits in a YZ250 smoker?

Why not just start with a YZ250X?

I picked the yz250 non x because it was a proper motorcross bike i am a bit of a speed junkie (next bike will be a kx or cr500) and i didn't want the tamer cdi and stuff and it was much, much cheaper. yes the full wr trans (1-5th) in the yz250 but not nicely you have to grind out the case where the 29t first gear goes about 1mm and the clutch pack has about 2mm play side to side, i will fix this eventually. apparently the wr 400 and 426 are supposed to fit better but i brought a 2003 wr450 motor and made nearly 1k wrecking it and i got the trans so i couldn't pass it up.
