Hi mates!
Recently i sold my 2008 Rm 250 for 2200€ to one friend and i started to looking for a enduro dirtbike...
i saw a RME 250 for 2700€ and send a message to the seller asking the final price.
He answer me that he could sell for a minimun of 2500€ and i came to see it.
i saw the bike and runs well but it was very dirty and some bolts are mising or diferent than stock...
i ofered him 2400€ and he accepted. he gave me everething to run on the street and for my surprise the bike has the piston that comes with the bike when you bought new Smile

Today i started to disamble the bike and start a full rebuild. my plan is to do:

-plastics and graphics
-replace every bearing
-put the new piston and crankshaft bearins
-new transmission kit
-new tyres
-new brakes
-new foam seat and cover
-new spokes maybe
-paint chasis

My previous bike:

I keep working slowly because im busy getting my motorbike driving license and waiting for the frame and some parts from powder coating.
The other day i had some problems with the chasis vin number. It had some number almost gone with sand blasting but fortunately i found very fast the way to rewrite vin numbers.
I askes suzuki a document to identify my bike with the motor number and suzuki spain send me the document very fast.

Work i done pst days

Sometime ago i finished the bike a rode it a bit before covid 19...
here its the process to the finish

I design custom graphics but i dont know where print it in good quality for a mx bike and finally i bought a oem shroud graphics.

The bike has pretty much all new, i put in it an exc headlight that looks so good in my opinion and the bike looks pretty clean and simple.

Maybe in the future i rebuild it and add rims and complete exhaust...

This is the bike ready to the tecnic inspection; after the inspection i unistall passenger pegs, turn indicators and some parts.

Hope you like it and soon i post more detailed photos

Looks good! You decided not to go with the re-style plastics?
Maybe in the future, for now the budget is thigh and it cost to much

Btoz it isnt factory graphics... its a replica of oem graphics...

That is quite a cool build.. must be a lot of fun, I had a 1990 Honda CR250M and 1994 Suzuki RMX250 street legal models that were only sold in Japan. They were a lot of fun wheeling down the street on the way to work or convenience store.
