Cool bike! I'm interested in doing one of these builds what exactly did you use for the Frame are certain years better candidates?I have an 2006 KX250 complete and I'm considering doing one of these builds. Could you let us know what you used for parts? like which CR250 frames work for cradles and why you used the radiators off a 2006 CR250. What did you use to adapt the airbox? Any info you have on doing one of these conversions would be helpful. I have found tons on KX500 conversions and not so much on the 250 versions. Did you end up liking the handling any better?

Good looking bike, I really like the 19 style plastics. Looks like DecalWorks changed their green color to better match Kawi's green.
