That linkage looks amazing!
It came up pretty good for an over 10 year old bit of cast alloy

Those are pretty trick. Did you just cut it from a solid sheet of carbon fiber?

So here’s some suspesion. Turned out sweet. Unreal looking TiN with kashima some nice cerakoted lugs an xtrig preload adjuster and bud racing hi/Lo speed adjuster. Also I did some custom anodising on the shock. The shock is actually going into my rm250 but the one for this bike is going to be exactly the same

What model or part number is that xtrig adjuster? I have one on my RM250 where the adjustment is on the back, but yours is on the front of the shock body and it looks like it might work better.

Thanks a lot man. I hate the cut side number plates. The most I go with plastic change is a new front guard and plate.

The list of things left are small
Sticker kit is being made
I need some good axle blocks and a seat cover

Also does someone want to let me buy a works clutch lever assembly please.

I’ll get some good photos of her sitting pretty over the weekend ??

I know its not a huge matter,

But a trick tip they did on these back in 03-05 was to spin the fuel tap around so they couldn't get snagged or hit and end up having the fuel tap turn off mid race!

Jesseman and Millsaps both had this done for the 2004 season. thought it was a neat little trick.

Its a good little trick. I use it on my other 125 and 250. I’ve got this one this way round just so people can see how clean everything is and the detail in it.
I’m pretty sure they cut the tap lever down as well on other models

The more builds I see on here the more I’m convincing myself to get some ti hardware. Where are you finding most of yours?

I’m currently building a 2004 YZ250, pretty much every single nut and bolt have been replaced with titanium and I’ve sourced most of mine from Docwob. Even if he doesn’t have something in stock you can give him the measurements and he’ll sort it for you Smile

Exceptional build mate! if it was mine I would add a x fun alloy tank and trim side numbers but that's just my liking.
