Plano bikes were some of my favorite in the early 2000s and I came across a CR125 to build into a replica. Still collecting parts at the moment but here are some pics along the way. Bike was rough to start with! Should look good in the end Smile

This is gonna be a sweet one. The Plano bikes were the first ones that really stuck out to me as a child watching supercross. Takes me back down memory lane seeing those big red/yellow shrouds

The Plano bikes are unique for sure. I have a few in the garage. Pretty sure I have the graphics that Nine Two made that you are referring to. Also have an extra seat cover for the 01. Following this build!

Nice man! Love those bikes. I’d be up to taking the extra cover off your hands if you would let it go Silly

Radiators came out great. Mine were shot so I found oem ones on offerup for $20. Ryan Lester then prepped them for me and then a skilled welder named Jarrod put these beautiful seam welds on them.

Triple clamps came out cherry. I’ll be using a blue bar mount but used the new red one to color match.

So far so good! ?Looking forward to seeing this one done. It seems you've gathered all the difficult parts already.

Nice work so far!
Following along as I plan on building my own replica of a Plano bike, who made your graphics and seat cover inserts?
Wouldn't mind asking you a few other questions too if possible, if you'd prefer to email me on richo25@gmail.com save hijacking your thread?

It got put on hold lol. Got most of the parts need to go through the motor still and then assemble. Projected timeline mid 2020 Woohoo
