I know not reallt a build im sorry, but super stoked on my new bike. Picked it up for 3800. 2015 kx250f under 15 hours on it! What are some good little parts that are a must for this bike? Was thinking going a tooth down on the sprocket and doing a yoshi pipe. Let me know thanks!

Nice bike. I would get levers, pipe (FMF is what I have) and throw in some good VP fuel. Ride the stock gearing for a bit to see if you like it before changing.

Spend the money on getting your suspension done an exhaust system isn't going to do much for a stock motor

Looks fresh. I would agree with above. Get your suspension done for your weight and riding style. That's the best investment you can make in a race bike and its not crazy expensive to do it either.

Have suspension revalves and set up from weight. Paul Bruno at RG3 in north jersey does great work. I would throw a slip on at it, the 15' kawi's had a god awulf silencer that sounds horid. I wouldn't waste my money on anything else besides comfort upgrades (levers, gripper seat, footpegs)

Suspension first and then a slip-on; those Kawis are pretty grunty stock.

Suspension only. Anything else is a waste of money.

Id say spring conversion on front forks.
Throttle tamer
Flywheel weight

But those Damn kx450s hit so hard they wear me out. Id do those changes to get it smoother in hopes of being hooked up and less energy which is better for lap times for me at least.

New clutch or at least stiffer clutch springs asap.
