Lets See Kawasaki 250/450 Builds

Edited Date/Time 8/26/2020 12:16pm
I rarely see or hear about any Kawi builds on here. Lets see some Kawasaki 250 and 450 builds.

Here's mine (mostly stock):

2020 KX250
Renthal twinwall bars
Renthal 1 1/8" clamps
Renthal Chain & Sprockets
Acerbis skid plate
Thrillseekers gripper seat
Hinson Clutch
KB5 Suspension setup
Works Connection Holeshot

Sorry about the bad pics but strangely the only ones I have of the bike

LETS GO 2021 KAWIS!!

Not really a build, just my “daily rider” but it’s a 2017 kx250f, along side my actual project, a 2004 kx125.

A couple cool parts on it, lots of carbon, but this ones pretty basic. Kind of a combined Pro Circuit/Factory Kawi look.

I think he was more referring to which bend, not necessarily the bar. It’s pretty clear in the marketing for the bike that it’s a Fatbar.

Yes, looking for the bend. I went with a PT Rm Mid for my bike and I want something different. Really liked my stock 971(I think thats what it is)

I’ve always found the kx’s to have kind of a higher mount location than most, so I’ve always run something lower like a 999 and then put spacers under the mounts if they weren’t quite where I liked them.

Another thing very overlooked by a lot of people is the bars are really wide from Renthal, I cut mine down 7mm on each side. You don’t really notice it leverage-wise on the bars but it helps me grip the bars more like a doorknob like you’re supposed to. Which in turn keeps my elbows up with less effort.

Got tangled up with someone on the start and ended up breaking it, didn’t even realize it until after I got done with the race 😂

And the price of the bike with all parts is even less than few new 450 prices in Us 😅
