So I have started a build of a replica build 125 , and as good as they look , the parts are very hard to come across especially if you live in Aus . Bike was in rough condition but it was complete an running .

I had a 03 that I picked up as a basket case for cheap money. Was going to do a build but the chassis ended up being in really great shape and everything was regreased. Bike had about 10 hours on it before the po blew her up. Hot rods crank pro x piston milenium technologies replated the cylinder and was ready. Bike had PC pipe and silencer and I rejeted. The motors in these gen 125' ripped and very neutral chassis. I would suggest Honda CR front brake master cylinder and ss brake line for a little more braking power. Looking forward to ur build.

I'm in Australia and have been building one and so can you
And by the end of your build you will probably know the postmans name because most of your stuff will either come from eBay or America
Enjoy

What coatings did you use on the brake parts, or are they new? Just started building a 99 kx and looking for ideas, in Aus too and anything beyond stock bits are hard to find

Will do I think, I picked up this '99 for $400 without a cylinder which I've sourced locally for another $300, so I'm trying to decide whether to just clean it up and rebuild it or pour some more money into it. All I've done so far is rub the frame back and paint it the correct colour.
