Not much progress. New oversized front rotor and crf style mastercylinder. Much better braking and lever feeling. Still a lot to do before its finished

One question does the Kawasaki braking line actulley fit the Honda mastercylinder or did you buy more stuff to make it fit, Im lookin for the same thing for My Kxf.

Yes, the Kawasaki brake line fits the Honda master cylinder. I bent the end of the brake line a little to get more room between the bars and the brake line

I would like to try some triple clamps with diffrent offset. It looks like 21.5mm is the preferred offset on the Kx 250. Its hard to find clamps with 21,5mm offset but I can get some cheap Oem triple clamps from a Kawasaki Kxf250 2011. I think the Kxf 250 2011 had 22.5mm offset? Does any of you know if the 22.5mm offset will make the bike handle better or is it a waste of time adapting them to the Kx 250 2stroke

Get some 2002 clamps. Several have said they work.

I don't really like the look of the 2002 clamps, and i don't think the front numberplate and fender fits the 2002 clamps Smile

Are 21.5mm offset clamps still available from RG3 ? Maybe see if they can help you, I think applied used to make them as well maybe somebody knows if they still do.

Could not find a place that sells drilled washers here in Denmark so I had to make them myself.

Almost a year since I last touched the bike. Last week I started to work on it again. I wanted to try the longer PC link, but I couldn’t find one here in Denmark. had a bit of time after work one day so I decided to make one myself. I made it 3mm longer like the PC link. Material alloy 7075

Bought some xtrig clams from a kxf. Removed 1 mm from the top clamp to make my Kx fork tubes fit. Next step is to make a new steering stop.

What length is the kx shock? Any idea if a newer kxf shock will bolt up? Maybe an rmz shock?

trickeng.com is located in the US and make a really nice stop for adapting the KXF triple clamps to the steel frame. I picked one up for around $50
