07 yz125 build

Alright so back in January i got hold of an 07 yz125 for 1500 bucks, and what was supposed to be a beater bike has gotten quite out of hand.
Will add more as i go but got some eye candy for you all!
Heres the bike as i found it:

After a thorough wash the teardown started


Calipers/ master cylinders ready for cerakote

Add a restyle kit and a set of bearings, and the bike was supposed to be a done...

Bike has been completely torn down, and attacked the frame with some scotch brite and aluminum cleaner


Got the forks and applied racing triple clamps fitted, and finished off with some ti bolts for good measure

Got them for 2500 aud thanks to a sweet deal from a mate on here

So i got the calipers and master cylinders back from cerakote, found some titanium slides and a lightspeed carbon guard, and goodridge lines aswell

Kashima on the shock body came out awesome, and had a box full or parts from technical touch show up for it - heres a few of the nicer bits





Had some more titanium show up from docwob aswell, starting to get somewhere...

Got more and more Ti showing up, and had a blow out on these bad boys too

And whats a 125 without some carbon. Got hold of a cmt compositi tank for it, and finished it off with some titanium bolts from docwob

Sorry for the lack of updates, have been sidetracked lately.
Anyways, got the rest of the shock parts cerakoted black and have built the shock, man it came out sweet i think

this thing is gonna be sweet. did u get rid of the sight window on the master cylinder before cerakote?

Looking sweet mate, out of interest is the tank carbon wrap, did u do it yourself

I didn't mate, but its been bothering me not done so i may get the shits with it and do it yet haha

No mate its not wrap, its actually a cmt compositi carbon tank, they make them for a fair few different models
