is it the cylinder base gasket you need? thats what it sounds like. Just measure the thickness of yours with calipers or micrometer and buy the correct thickness.

No mate it’s the head gasket I need, I took the head to ktm and they was confused then when I showed them the picture of my cylinder they said oh it’s not a standard cylinder it’s been sent to a race factory and couldn’t help me what’s so ever. I seen the gasket when the bike was in the shop as I had a gear replaced but now I don’t have a head gasket. Sorry for the shabby template but I did make one for when I get the right material

They normally don’t have a head gasket as such. Just inner and outer o-rings separating the cooling space as shown in the drawing. Is it a genuine head and cylinder?

Your cylinder is 2001 or older. They used paper head gasket instead of o-rings.

Thanks for everyone’s help, I ended up buying a gasket from 2001 and cutting out the extra holes myself
