Crf 250r 2005

So I bought this bike blind, turns out the engines in bits in a box ... I'm looking for someone competent thats in UK that could rebuild the engine for me.

I have called a few big companies and they are happy to tell me they would basically charge me double what they normally charge as they have too much work ( which infuriates me )

CAN anyone point me in the right direction of an honest decent mechanic that wants too earn a few quid ?
