Hi all I was just seeing is it possible to fit a 2004 cr125 complete bottomend to a 1995 cr125 cylinder and power valves system ...?

Not possible. Using the 04 cases you can convert to a 03 top end but you will need a lot of supporting pieces. I would stick with the 04 cylinder setup.
