Took a 93 CR500 down to the frame. Replaced everything. Ready for the Revo class.

As I've said before with a few CR500 'rescues', or 'rebuilds' : thank you for not AF'ing it.

Nothing against AFs, it is a great way to get a modern bike with what is (I assume ) a much loved old engine for relatively cheap. I've made many in the last 22 years.There will ever be doofusses that can't take care of their 4ts, leaving useful chassis to be re-born...........

But a well set up Steel framed 500 really can surprise a fair few people, if ridden correctly.

Great work! Love to see mud on the bike on these build threads. I mean like really.......what else are you going to do with it...look at it lol?
