CrGuy2T, are others able to buy the ti bolts where you get them from?

Not at the price I get them for. Some things are just better kept to ourselves. Sorry

No prob, thanks anyway. I can get them from China but I was just hoping for a faster US based source that wasn't as pricey as Pro Bolt.

Do the Ktms run roller crank bearings? put some ceramic hybrids in. Theyre lighter and have two fold effect

Can’t wait to see the end product. Love all your builds. These bikes are so much fun and competive against 250f’s if the engines are fresh

That silencer looks bad ass on there it looks like it fits like a glove.
Yeah, it does look really sweet, but you have to be careful with the silencer on the 150s, if the outlet is smaller id than the stock silencer you can easily loose 1hp on the dyno. It's much less pronounced effect on the 125s.

EBAY- I have over 100 Ti bolts on my KTM all from CHINA. No complaints & would do it all over again with the next bike.

I bought eBay ti once. My only complaint is that they measured the whole bolt including the head to get the length. I don’t remember who i bought from

Yup The Chinaman. I just don’t like saying where I get it because then people start asking what seller and blah blah blah. Find a good source and buy from them. I took these bolts to work had them metallurgy tested. I used a racetech titanium bolts, met-tec, and som other high end names. All tested the same.

Use the oem parts diagrams and they say the bolt size on there. The search that bolt. I did the same and completed my bike for fractions of the high end stuff.

MotoStuff has some smoking deals on Ti also. I got some kits from them as well.

Bike is finished at moment. I did not weight before and after so I don’t know the exact weight. I added and took away a lot of parts. It does actually feel really light.

So you went through all this drama for a light weight build but didn't do a pre or post weigh in?
So if i said it was heavier how can you prove me wrong?

It turned out sick! I think the black rear end looks awesome with the black forks, good call on that.
