Thanks man! First, thanks for the follow...I really do appreciate it! I've said it before on my SLF Motion IG page but it's a hobby/dream of mine I'm slowly working at building. I still hold a full-time Industrial 3D Product Designer job and have a wife/2-kids at home...SLF Motion is something I'm doing part-time at night and on weekends (after the kids have had all the attention they need haha). Just tried combining 3 things...my long racing background (moto and cycling), my professional design background, and my desire to someday build a business from the ground up and be able to work for myself. It's most certainly hectic right now trying to juggle everything BUT it is growing (almost too quickly at times) which is what I'm looking for. Long story short, I hope I can build SLF Motion into my full-time job soon which will allow me to pump out new designs and new parts a bit quicker....moto parts are DEFINITELY on my short list!
Love me a good carbon fiber radiator cap pair with a Mugen decal haha

Man I didn't even know of a carbon fiber radiator cap!!! Is that a Fasst Co part? I've done the same thing to the front of my 300 with the fender and plate....looks bad ass bud keep it up.

Sorry for the lengthy hiatus, been busy trying to keep up with my part-time nights/weekends job SLF Motion...it takes up any free time that I might have AFTER the 2 kiddos get the attention they need AFTER I get home from my regular full time job...so motorcycles are pretty far down the list at the moment.
Not much to update here, really just been acquiring some more parts. Installed a lot of the Ti hardware and a few small bits but that's about it. I'm pretty much ready to ride this thing HAHA...far from it.
Hubs coated and back from Trick Engineering...damn these things are badass!
Front brake system looking awesome! Coating done by Trick and lever is the ARC composite model.
Titanium footpegs from BUD. These things are trick looking!
Seems like getting the springs into these pegs is going to be nearly impossible haha
Colored Ti bolts holding the brake line guide :-)
Got the Boyesen Super Cooler installed...of course with Ti hardware :-)
Received the shock back from WP
More aggressive brake pedal tip installed with colored Ti hardware
Will install this FasstCo. return spring kit on the rear brake pedal...always loved these things
This makes my build look second rate... Lol I really like the hubs and brake component coatings... I wish that stuff was available in Oz!
That type of coating is available in Oz! Contact Jess Foreman, was Caleb's mechanic at ktm last year and he's Willsy mechanic at Synep Husqvarna this year!
Mr young.....looking amazing as usual sir! Your threads always deliver! Roughly what's the retail cost on the trick coating? Does he price by piece or batch?

Who did this graphics kit if you don't mind me asking??
Will you put the new black cone valve fork on the bike? Because I see WP done your rear shock but you didn't talk of the fork!
It can makes the bike even more tricky than it already is!!

Trust me...I'd love to. Better yet, I'd love a set of 52mm CV's just for the cool factor but not sure I can swing it haha. Everything I read, the stock AER48 forks are damn good so maybe just a WP service to them with some slider coatings might be what is in store.

Another small update. Things are just VERY busy around here with trying get my small cycling company off the ground and running...trying to build it into my full-time job hopefully soon :-)
Replaced the 2 large steel motor mount bolts with Ti (needless to say, Ti isn't the best investment...but damn it's cool haha)
Also replaced the upper and lower shock mounting bolts
Yoshi head and pipe installed...this thing is AWESOME!!!
Front brake setup coming together. I hate the stock routing of the Husqvarna throttle cables (on the rider side of the handlebars)...replaced throttle tube, throttle tube housing, and cables with a mix match of Kawasaki parts. Cables are now "correctly" (haha) routed in front of the handlebars. That ARC lever is on point!!!! Don't mind the lever pivot bolt...just haven't replaced it yet
Wanted a cool stem cap bolt and noticed they didn't machine out internally nearly as much as the stock silver bolt...will take care of this at work shortly :-). I'll post an updated pic of this once complete.
After about 30 second on each spoke with an SOS pad and walla...
Starting to figure it out....luckily I took photos before I tore them apart haha
Finished rear wheel with Excel A60 rim, stock hub coated by Trick Engineering, Vortex sprocket mounted with Ti bolts, Motion Pro rim strip, Motion Pro rim lock, and soon to be Motostuff rear rotor mounted with Ti hardware :-) Might not be for everyone but I LOVE how they turned out...looks great to me!

Here is one of the products I have been most looking forward to receiving and using on this build....a full Titanium (w/ Carbon end cap) Yoshimura exhaust system. Besides the ridiculous craftsmanship put into these things, the dyno charts to prove their worth, and the weight savings...have you guys heard about their repair/refurb department?!?! The refurb program alone was worth a lot to me when deciding which exhaust to go with.
The Shop
Thanks man!
