So I have been currently riding my 2017 Ktm 450 and love it. But last Saturday I rode a buddies yz250 and loved it. Have been scouring Facebook and craigslist and found a original owner 2013 yz250. Guy has all paperwork and is the service manager at a large dealer near me.

List of parts already on it.
-rekluse cx clutch- going to take off and put oem back in (for sale
-fastest pegs
-v force reeds
-fmf gold series pipe
-ims oversized tank (will sell)
-fmf Q series silencer (will sell)
-works connection rad braces and skid plate
-9oz flywheel weight

Clearly it needs some love but I plan on doing the following.
- seller used aluminum cleaner on it in the past and it removed sink coating on many fasteners. So replacing any corroded fasteners (footpeg mounts, rear axel, etc)
-oem tank
-complete wheel set (tusk)
-2015 restyling kit (prob polisport)
-new clutch and throttle cables
-new grips (odi lock on)
-pro taper handlebars (black)
-new chain and sprockets
-front and rear brake pads/pins
-graphics
- grease/ replace swingarm/ linkage bearings
-suspension was just gone through by factory connection and revalve for Gncc so that will prob have to be sent back.
-tires

Will be going through the engine to make sure it is in good shape/ seller “said” he replaced piston with oem over winter and had the stock cylinder replated due to normal wear and tear. We will see. Lol

A little elbow grease, cuts to the hands, degreased, Brillo pads, and then aluminum brightener from Napa to the frame. Took the linkage apart and it all bearings needs replaced.
