Sounds like it needs taken apart. Some bikes with oversized pistons require you to use a different gasket for that piston size. Maybe all it needs is some gaskets. Head bolts could be loose or the cylinder/head surface warped.
Are you sure your not talking about the valve cover gasket?

it has a moose racing gasket kit on it I think it's just a standard kit and i had the head shaved at a machine to be sure it wasn't warped. here's a picture of the leak Photo

Gasket in backwards? Or wrong gasket

You should reorder a new gasket and make sure it goes on correctly, with no damage.

You could probably get away with using so hi-temp sealant on the edges as well. It shouldn’t be pushing oil out like that.

Also, are you torqueing the bolts in a criss-cross pattern, bit by bit? You don’t want to tighten one down and then another. Do one til it’s finger tight, and crisscross. Then torque each one little by little to spec.

I will put it back together again and make sure everything is done perfect and this is my 2nd new head gasket

Then you may very well have a bigger issue. Possibly warped?

Oil pressure possibly? What happened prior to this? Any catastrophic failures?

I've seen that happen(the oil leak not the power loss, on a trx450 with a cometic base gasket, turned out they drilled the oil passage hole too small

I have no idea what this bike has been through I bought it from a guy a few months ago for a winter project it had a bent valve he said so I took it apart found that it needed a new valve and a new valve guide so I just bought a new set of valves an put a new guide in it put it back together and it has this oil leak so I put new rings and gasket kit in it still leaks so I thought maybe the head is warped and I had it shaved down and it still leaks not really sure what I'm gonna do at this point?
