2007 crf slight ticking noise

Hello all im new to these forums and was wondering.. i have a crf450 which has had some top end work including new valves and exhaust cam follower .. shims are in spec and has a manual chain tensioner but has a slight ticking noise... could this be the piston rings?? or something else silly like its due an oil change lol its not a loud knocking or pinging noise .. it just ticks! ive read elsewhere its quite common and normal so any news or info would be appreciated thanks.

Was thinking that also as its a manual tensioner ot doesnt quieten down until its way past finger tight and a few more turn on top of that! cheers mate looks like sockets are gonna have to come out and sort what mechanics apparently already have lol 🙄

are you able to get the noise to go away via tightening the manuel timing chain adjuster?
