Was a long winter but finally done!

Engine: lectron Billetron carb, Apex head, pro circuit platinum 2 with TI-2 shorty, rekluse torq drive clutch, Vforce rad valve, 9oz flywheel weight, full rebuild using all Oem parts.

Chassis: Racetech gold valves and springs, 2009 Yz250f top clamp (adjustable holes), Faast bars, Faast rear master cylinder clevis, Flo lowered pegs, Rtech Revolution plastic kit, Carbon Fiber engine mounts, Honda CRF steering dampener, Galfer 270mm front disc and steel braided lines, Tusk wheels and Bridgestone tires, GUTS seat cover.

All bearings, seals, cables, etc.. replaced in engine and chassis. I did all powder coating/ ceramic coating on bike.

** yes I know the throttle cable is out of place and rubber is broke. It’s the old cable on right now while I tune carb- lots of twisting carb to adjust **

i heard powder coating a shock spring will mess with its tension

is dis true?
They come powdercoated stock. I’ve heard all of these theories too. Same as auto wheels. On a molecular level- maybe there is some changes but nothing that any Hinson will notice.
