You happen to have a link for that? Can only find 2010 and newer parts on Honda's website.

1-1/8 Mounts: 08U72-KRN-110

Rear Brake Clevis: 08F83-KRN-111B

Brake Line Bracket: 08P83-KRN-121A

Front Brake Cap: 08F83-KRN-120

Rear Brake Cap: 08F75-KRN-A60ZA

I know the bar mounts will not work on the older models, only the newer ones. Everything else should work on any CRF or CR to my knowledge...

Pretty much done with the bike. The servo motor ended up being bad so had to buy a new one! Here’s a quick picture of it! I’ll get some good pictures in a few days Smile

Running half 91/half C12 at 32:1 with Super M. The needle is on the 3rd position. I am going to try to move it to the 2nd position and see if that helps!

Did you change the jetting at all or just running stock?

BTW I sent you a PM about the other 125 you have.

It is PC jetting specs. So it’s a 390 main, 40 pilot and needle on the 3rd clip.

Shoot me a text, idk how to do messages on here.. 559-301-7491

Awesome build! I bought a '03 CR125 a couple years ago. Rode it for 3 hours and screwed the cylinder up bad. I bought a 134 cylinder on Ebay for only $250 in mint condition. Paired it with the Wiseco piston, PC Pipe with R304 shorty. Bike was a bitch to jet and never could get it right. The 134 cylinder was ported for the "Mo-Betta" package by Eric Gorr, and I liked it better than stock for sure. After blowing out the transmission, I got rid of it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another CR125, I just got a bike that was abused before I got it. Right now I'm trying to get another 125

Well finally got a few hours on the bike, learning how to really ride it and ride in general again after being off for so long.

But had another hick-up. Had to under go another knee surgery this morning. Doc said it wasn’t as bad as he thought and I’ll be out about a month or 2.. Always something ...

So ended up having my knee surgery yesterday. Might not be able to work on the bike for a week or so. But I’ll pry take my suspension to get rebuilt and have the fork tubes and lower fork lugs coated. And take the triple clamps to have them coated as well here soon that way they are done for when I can get back out in the garage to work on this thing.

Surgery went good as far as what the doc said. But he did say it was worse then what they thought. Surgery was only supposed to be an hour or hour and a half. It was over 3 hours.

Hope you recover quick. My daughter had ACL surgery and it ain’t no joke. It took a full year to come back full strength. But she’s going to play college soccer on scholarship, so you can come back strong. Good organization on your bike. Looks like you have a good plan, even though it won’t be so easy at first with the leg. Good luck

Little update on latest knee surgery.

Staples where removed yesterday. Luckily when doc was doing surgery it didn’t get worse, like he thought it might. So all he did was some meniscus work this time. But he did say there was a small tear in the new acl he put in last December. So with that being said, I have to take it easy for the next month and a half or 2 months.

Go in 6 weeks to see doc again to see if I can ride at that point!

Take care of that ACL... that’s another surgery you don’t want fore sure. I had meniscus surgery... not too bad recovery wise. Good luck... keep us posted

So I got the bike running but the power valve is not moving at all once hooked up to the cables and servo. By itself, it’s free as can be. But once hooked up it will only move if you physically move the power valve or servo motor with you fingers. When the bike is running, it will run and idle fine. I can get even get it into the higher gears and what not, but no movement from the power valve/servo.. I pulled the servo motor apart to check the gears inside, they all look fine. Even tried started the bike without the cables hooked to the power valve and the servo will still not turn. At this point I’m thinking the Cdi or something may not be throwing it a signal to activate it once in the higher rpms.

If anyone has any ideas of what may be going, please let me know with any advice! Aside from that, if I can’t fix it within the coming days, the whole bike is going to who built the motor to see if he can figure it out.

Sucks, I’m so ready to ride it!! Sad
what ended up being the issue with the PV?

I think unfortunately I have to try and sell this bike. Wife got a job up in Washington and have to be up there in July. Sudden move, wasn’t really expecting it and could use the extra cash for moving and what not.

Not sure what it’s really worth. I know what I have in it, and don’t want to take too big of a loose. Only 13 hours on it.

Best of luck with the recovery. Your pretty much doing what I did 3 years ago with my 02 CR125. 30 hrs after 3 years I pulled it apart to look it over and do a top end. Everything looked great except ended up finding the exhaust bridge cracked. After some google searching it seems common with the Honda RC valve cylinders both 250 and 125 alike. I have a 95 cyl I bought few years ago. So I was at a cross roads. Fix the 02 cyl, buy a new 02 cyl (275$) or use the 95 cyl. After looking into things. It seems the 00-04 CR125 cyl crack on the bridge more then any other years. The power valve design is the problem. It pushes the water jacket far away and makes the material around the bridge and valves very thin. This same design limits a big bore to 134cc/2mm over bore and looks like doing so would make the power valve/bridge area even thinner and more prone to cracking. Again just my opinion. I ended up going with a 144 kit from millennium using the 95 cyl. Unfortunately your stuck using a 04cyl.

For my 02 yes. It bolts on. Requires the older PV governer and linkage, pipe modification and port matching the transfer ports to case. But this cyl swap only works up to 2002. In 2003 + the cases are diff and it will not work.

I did the exact same thing, hpp and 6 speed into my 02, fastest cr125 Iv ever owned, and my 04 was a eg 144, and the hpp bike was was hands down quicker
