Looks great. If it was mine I would get rid of the Wiseco sticker but other than that, nice build!

Nope we definitely love Wiseco. They make great stuff and this build wouldn’t be possible without them!
stock plastics? like how that rear fender sweeps up
The black plastics are the polisport restyle kit and the front fender and number plate are for a 2021 rmz250. The number front plate and fender that came in the the restyle kit are the same as the 2021 rmz plastics but I just wanted white ones.

I figured out the rear brake caliper actually had some deep scoring in it that was stopping the piston from sliding back so I used a dremel to smooth it out and it worked perfectly. It did need the new seal too.

The bike only has 1.5 hours on it, but last time I took it out to ride in my backyard it was having a hard time shifting into second. Sometimes it would shift smooth into 2nd, but other times I couldn’t get it to shift into 2nd. Every other gear it shifts into perfectly. Anyone have any ideas what’s wrong?

Try running type-F ATF oil in your transmission. My 250SX was hard to shift before I started to use ATF-oil in my transmission

Went ahead and got the engine out of the bike today. Tomorrow I’m going to take apart the engine and see what’s wrong with the transmission…

Got the bike all back together, but now it’s running like crap. It’s shifting smoothly, but when I get on the gas it just start chopping out. Anyone know why this is happening??? It was running good before I took it apart again. I didn’t touch the carb or the top end at all.
