I’m curious to your approach on the swing arm , you mentioned you sandblasted it, what media did you use ?

Also the 50mm Marzocchi fork was too much for this bike so I replaced with 2015 SSS front end. I can't wait to spin some laps with these upgrades, hopefully next week.
Very good job! kinda how i want to do my 04.
I also bought my 04 as a clapped out Metal Mulisha bike for $1300, haha. I got a 09 yz250f swing arm and linkage I plan to install by spring, what link did you use? From what I've read I could bolt the 04 linkage on, correct? do you know if that would change the sag? or is it the 09 link that lowered it 1/2 inch? still a lot I want to do to my bike just can't find the time.. need to move.
If you still have them and want to sell. Send me a message here, I see you changed them out!
Bike looks AWESOME, I bet it's fun to rip!
I have a 04 i will be adding SSS suspension swap.
Thanks.
