Hi All,
Just thought I would share my current project (almost done) here in Australia. My first ever new bike was a 1995 CR125, I loved that machine, also loved the Purple styling.
Its not a nut and bolt restoration as I plan to race it here in some VMX rounds. As you can see, I scored an Ohlins front end out of a TM450 which didn't take much grafting (Paid $150 plus a rebuild).
I runs sweet!!
If anyone has any other cool bolt on items, feel free to drop me a line.
A matching Ohlins shock would be nice :-)

Just a question, not a criticism. Bike looks great!
I like the white shrouds that the HoT set up ran. Much nicer than the Purple, but, as they say, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder".
My CRE500 is all white (my mates call it the PW500, what with the LHRB, no foot brake and Rekluse) , but, without a white airbox. Though, with my PDS conversion on the old monster, the airbox is now nothing but a cover with an aluminium airbox behind it. There's no way I'd cut up a precious thing such as a White Airbox, if I had one. I'd keep it with my entire std rear end (and front end) if and when an 01 CR500 could participate in VMX. I doubt a Ohlins PDS'd, WPCC forked / Brembo Braked, Electric Start, Reklused CR would ever be allowed in VMX..........
