Finally picked up a YZ from the era I was looking to get, build and ride. It will done in a process of phases as I plan to race her in-between multiple builds that my son and I have going on.

Here is what we are starting with:

Wow can't believe how small the pegs used to be. Growing up with them was normal, but looking back at them is strange.

Finally got the new (to me) 14 YZ250F front wheel that was in like new condition. Only had some minor scratches but came with a near new Braking oversized rotor and spacers so I can now focus on getting the YZ250F KYB SSS fork upgrade completed. Added some new STI Tech 2 Pro rubber which I am trying for the first time. Hope these tires are decent as the price is great.

Out with the old...

In with the new...
