Man these projects are addicting. I don’t go to the extreme of restoration. Just get it running and decent cosmetics.
So on to the ‘86. Got it for $325. Missing cylinder and silencer. Pretty rough shape . But those gold rims hooked me. Actually, when I was 16 we went to the Honda dealer because it was time to move up from my xr100 and I wanted a cr125. I remember the salesman telling my mom it was probably too fast of a bike for me. Recommended a kdx 200. Ended up getting an IT200 but damn I was so close to the CR. So here is my chance 34 yrs later.
