My good friend is always on this site and told me to do a thread so here I am. Last Sunday the motor locked up luckily after I hit a 3rd wide dune jump and went back to look at it. Went home and tore into the bike. Skirt came off the intake side. Cleaned out any debris left behind. Motor turns smooth. With that happening I decided it was time to freshen up the bike. I didn't happen to take any pics before I tore it apart. Kinda wish I did. Oh well. It's going to be a slow build. Here's some pics so far

More progress being made. Removed casting marks from triple clamps then detailed them so they looked nice and pretty. What a pain that was. Blasted them after. Tomorrow I will take them off to get powder coated along with the ignition, clutch cover and frame.

Those triples are awesome looking!
They look way better in sunlight. Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to roll it out and get a good picture of them.

Thanks... It's an outlaw racing stainless brake line. The fittings are pretty nice on it.

Thanks man. It's been a long couple months of working OT to fund it, playing Mr. Mom while the wife's working full time and going to school full time and working on the bike a couple hours a night. I'm glad it's done
