04 cr 125 advise

Picked up a pretty clapped out 04 cr 125 gonna strip it down clean and rebuild from frame up, needing all opinions/ advise I can get. Should I just have the suspension rebuilt or try to get something off a crf from a newer year? And what direction does everybody go when doing motor and carb? Stock with port and polish, 134,144? Just looking for information thank you.

rebuild the suspension, get some subtanks for enzo
get a pwk air striker and rebuild the motor port have them mill the head for more compression.
and get some cool carbon and ti

Would you guys know if newer crf wheels will fit the 125? looking on the used market and seems to be some good deals out there.
