First thing I did was remove all the ratty graphics, commence cleaning everything and ordered a new exhaust (old header was cracked, and silencer had no packing) i opted for the factory fatty and shorty combo

Exhaust is on now, along with a factory chain guide (was missing from bike) I have the rmz front fender, cycra stadium plate and fork guards coming in,so those will go on after they show up.

Started tearing it down yesterday, cylinder and piston look to be in great condition, undecided on what to do at this point.fix what needs to be fixed and throw it back together or go ahead and throw a fresh piston, rings, etc in it.
