 | Team Red Bull KTM's Zach Osborne jumped up one spot from his finish in Toronto, from third to second. Now he just has to work on finding that elusive top step of the podium. But considering it's his rookie season in Supercross, he's got plenty of time. |
 | James Stewart showed a lot of heart during the main event in Vancouver, grabbing the holeshot and holding off Ricky Carmichael for most of the race. That was after waiting until Thursday to make a decision on whether he'd ride at all. In an equipment note, check out how far the coils on his rear shock are spaced out. |
 | Martin Davalos didn't seem quite as comfortable on the loose and rocky surface at Vancouver as he did on the rutted terrain in Toronto. A mid-race race dropped him back a bit, and he eventually finished fourth. |
 | One of the best passes of the night's racing in Vancouver was between David Vuillemin and his Xyience/MDK Honda teammate, Nick Wey. DV continues to look better and better on the big Honda four-stroke. |
 | Ryan Dungey continues to impress as continues to work towards his rookie Supercross season. The Makita Suzuki rider scored a strong second-place finish in his first Supercross, using the Canadian race as yet another stepping stone in his development. |
 | As you can see, Jake Weimer was railing around the Vancouver course...at least before a practice crash that left him with a dinged ankle. He toughed it out during the heat race, finishing second, but the team decided it would be better if he sat out the main event. |
 | Kyle Lewis exited his Moto XXX Honda during practice, spinning the rear tire on top of a step-off, which caused him to nose into the next jump. With a tweaked ankle, he decided to sit out the evening, and will get checked out when he gets back home. |
 | James Stewart had won 19 heat races in a row before heading to Vancouver, where Ricky Carmichael broke that streak. Any time these two are within sight of each other, expect epic racing. This is also the corner where Ricky pulled off the pass on James during the main event, squaring around the outside of Jason Thomas to dive underneath James. |
 | Tim Ferry had worked his way up to fourth place aboard his Kawasaki in the main event before being caught by David Vuillemin. Tim also had a minor tip-over late in the main, but it didn't cost him any spots in the final results, and he left the Canadian rounds with a fourth and a fifth. |
 | Nick Wey looked a bit off his game in Vancouver, as did quite a few other riders as they struggled with the rocks in the track's surface. We'd expect that he'll be solidly in the mix when the AMA season starts in Anaheim on January 6th. |
