What is this, middle school? Riders don't need the ability to defend themselves from physical attack by other riders because we're all adults. If that's not enough, then there's the fact that assault is not allowed by the track, your team, the AMA and if need be, by the local police.

Hi ping. Re - lowering suspension. I've lowered dozens of bikes for those that are vertically challenged. Up to 50mm in some cases, but always front and rear to maintain balance. All done internally, and all mods are reversible. Motocross, enduro, or trail. Customers love the result, and the bikes handle fine

Thank you very much for the bike set-up advice. I ordered the complete Element low seat from Seat Concepts. That should make a big difference. Keep up the great work on and off the track, and thanks again!

Get your suspension professionally lowered. You can lower up to 50mm and the bike will still handle great. I've done dozens with awesome results

Is it also important to raise the foot pegs? It would seem like lowering the suspension would address issues with total bike height, but not the ergonomics for the smaller rider. Interested in your thoughts on that...

I haven't had to adjust footrest height. Without exception, riders have been happy with just lowering the bike. There are company's, Zeta is one of them, that make internal lowering kits. Options of 30 or 50mm lowering.

You can get health insurance if your obese and smoke but not if you race or even ride motorcycles.
