Big E. maybe you can help me. i just bought a set of 661 flight boots. yes, they are a little stiff right now. i decided to wear them around the house first to break them in a little. they seem to be loosening up just fine. feel like nice boots.
my problem. i have rather large calves apparently. even the Fox boots i have always worn previously i had to wear them on the last notch of the buckles. same here with the 661 boots. rather tight on the calves. do you have some longer buckle straps for these boots? how do i get some? i havent found any available yet. clue me in please.

Digger, totally honest here-they are a little stiff when brand new, but after the first ride the break in very nice. Tons of ankle support and they are not as heavy as some of the other boots in their class. Just remember there is a trade-off for everything. More protection is heavier and stiffer but stiffer could be better if it is the right directon (and the Huricane is).

I like them...but I am biased.

BigE, I have worn Tech8's forever but I'm thinking of getting a pair of these. I heard they are really stiff. Any help would be appreciated. No one around here has them to try.

Made in Italy! Kudos to 661 for not sourcing their boots from China.
