We got a sneak peek at the 2009 MSR and Answer Racing gear a while back, and here are a handful of photos to check out.
The MSR NXT gear has undergone a bunch of changes for ’09, and if Grant Langston was hitting the track this weekend, this is the gear that you’d probably have seen him in…complete with the number one on the back. (Click any of the photos in here for a larger version.)
The NXT pants have a new deal called AVT (Advanced Ventilation Technology) that looks pretty cool…and are designed to keep you that way.
Answer’s Limited Edition F10 gear was a hit last year, and once again, Ernesto Fonseca helped out with this design. We’ve heard this might be the style of gear that Ryan Dungey will be sporting for the season opener at Glen Helen.
Answer also has a batch of new helmets in their lineup, everything from inexpensive lids to a new carbon fiber helmet that’s ultra-light. We like the look of this shell.
We have a video for each company outlining the new features that will be on the site next week, so to be sure to check back for those.
If you’re in California for the season opener of the AMA Toyota Motocross Championship at Glen Helen this weekend, Answer and MSR are having a Saturday night shindig at the Screaming Chicken Saloon (18169 Cajon Blvd. in Devore…and the zip is 92407 for those of you who’ll be punching that into a GPS), which is close to Glen Helen. They’re planning on a gear preview is at 8:00, and there’s a live band at 9:00. But shhhh…it’s a secret.
