The MXA “Dirty Harry” shift system. At least on my regular tracks I keep track of what gear I’m in at any given time. Whilst learning a new track I’m typically just going by feel.
Forks sure seem stiff.

Standard rim width is 1.85 for 125 and 2.15 for 250. Having said that I sure hope it will work because this is what I’m about to do too

Hard to tell from the pics but the mufflers don’t look in alignment with the back wheel (in the 2nd pic). How far out were the mufflers from the subframe before they tried to straighten it I.e. they weren’t too far the other way were they?
Whatever makes it safer. The challenge with less displacement on 4 strokes is keeping costs down to have a competitive bike. 2 strokes would be one solution. Let all the technology go into chassis and suspension.
I could see a situation where power isn’t the issue but rather the lack of R & D for chassis and suspension compared to the big 4 (6).
I've ridden with and without a tall seat on bikes I've owned and the taller seat helps with transition from standing to sitting and vice versa. Same goes with pegs. I think people read too much into the negative effects of these if they haven't tried ... more »
