There is a lot of raw material sitting on those ships too.
I doubt the 50 pj is going to work at that altitude. Try a 40 or smaller depending how hard you ride.
2021 250x here. I was fouling plugs trail riding until I went leaner all around. Mine would idle stock though. I have heard the float heights are often off from the factory so you may want to check that first. I don’t know that the needle will have a ... more »
Don’t do it. Up and coming amateurs rev the piss out of a 250.
I am hoping they will keep dust out from behind the laminate stack like the 100% perimeter sealed do.
Wait until you put in that order and see the processing fees. I think it is about $15 extra per ticket.
I think it is regional. Around here you can find the KX MX versions easier than the X.
Didn't CS23 win two straight titles on the Honda against the Star bikes?
I am fairly sure the medium and large use the same shell. At least that is what my dealer told me. How much will the pads cost you though?
220 vs 245 is wet vs dry weight too so more like 230 vs 245. Still a big weight difference but not quite so much. The ktm 250 is only a couple lbs lighter than the Yamaha after you add a spring fork to the ktm.
Fatbar does have more flex than a twin wall with the crossbar on. Some will cut the crossbar and tape it to whether where it was cut. I think that helps it absorb more impact but still be a little stiffer when you pull up on the bar.
Alpinestars m8 and m10 have an adjustable top liner so you can adjust the helmet angle and height on your head.
You can probably drill out the rivets and put in new ones pretty cheap.
The CC has a carbon composite shell instead of the more expensive carbon (10k I think) shell that is 50g lighter. So the CC is 50g heavier and $200 more expensive. It is similar to the difference between the Alpinestars m10 and m8.
Yeah the Formula carbon and CC are supposed to be the same size but I have tried them on back to back and they are close but not exactly the same. To the guy worried about replacement after a crash I believe Fly has a replacement policy in the first ... more »
I have a Protaper EVO Husqvarna bend I would trade. It is almost the lowest they make. 4mm lower and 1mm less sweep than the YZ High according to the Protaper site. It is black, and I cut 5mm off each end because that bend is super wide. I also have ... more »
How much are they?
Definitely try on the SM5 before buying. I have the SM10 and like it but the SM5 seemed to have a lot of weird spots that put pressure on my head. It isn't very comfortable for me compared to the SM10/SM08 and the Fly helmets. SM5 is very light and I ... more »
2018 has a smaller negative air spacer than 2020. I am not sure when the new seals went in but I was thinking 2018 or 2019 had some improvements to reduce stiction. Maybe put the negative air spacer from the 2018 into the 2020 cartridges and use them. ... more »
If you can find the Gasgas it is pretty similar to the Husky/KTM but quite a bit cheaper.
