Those cases are Magnesium You can try muriatic acid SPARINGLY as it will help dissolve aluminum when you scuff a cyl from a lite pistone seizure I personally never tried it on Magnesium Be careful.

Heard a lot about benefits from the KTM body being used Even Honda uses it. A keihen to keihen swap seems like the connections would be the same Anyone do this to there yz ? And are dimensions close and is a harness required to be made for fitment

If it was my exhaust, I would elongate the holes in the header mount and red loctite the stud to head threads. Then neverseize the nut threads. That SHOULD be the cure all in a perfect world.
