Added reply in a thread Anyone running Bridgestones? 6/22/2021 9:55 PM

I run X20's in the winter time here in SoCal. They work really well when its cooler out because the tracks hold water well. A lot of confidence in the slick stuff. They also work really well in the real soft stuff at cahuilla and pala on a dry day. I ... more »

Darn. RIP, Rocky. My condolences to the Aiello family. All good people. More bad news from Cahuilla Creek. Been happening often lately, it seems.

I can't quite comment on that as my Altas don't have a left hand rear brake. I was just mentioning that if a rider thinks he needs a clutch to help wheeliing or to modulate power, an option on the Alta is a left hand rear brake. Its just putting a bandaid ... more »

Why add the complexity of a clutch when its not necessary? Left hand rear brake is a way better solution. If you need a clutch to tame a wheelie, feather the rear brake hand lever like you would a clutch lever. Added benefit is you can stick your right ... more »

wtf are you talking about? Electric bikes still have a throttle. Its not a light switch (all or nothing). Power is actually way easier to modulate on my Alta than on a gas bike in my experience. Your right wrist is literally connected to the rear tire, ... more »

Pick a color. You'll be happy either way.

Other than a left hand rear brake lever, i'd suggest better riding technique so you don't whiskey throttle. I've never had a whiskey throttle situation on my Altas.

Drone footage of motocross is pretty rad, but you need to have a good drone pilot. I tried my stint in shooting moto with a drone, but with a DJI Mavic 2 Pro that wasn't made to chase after dirtbikes going 50+mph. Its a cinematic drone that has a lot

You must ride with your knees pointed outward. In my experience, the TLD GP pants wear quickly. I've gone through 4 sets of GP pants in 2 years, all have worn a hole straight through the inner knee area where I grip the bike. The TLD SE and SE Pro lines ... more »

Looking at the angle of the silencer/muffler, looks to be a 2 stroke. 4 stroke muffler doesnt look like that. And also it appears to have a cable clutch due to what appears to be a clutch cable tensioner on the left side.
