2008 rm 250 rebuild.

This is my RM250 2008 that i have just spent the last 5 months rebuilding . The bike had everything replaced and i mean everything.From a complete engine rebuild ie new bearings seals including gearbox powervavle,waterpump and a complete new clutch. with new basket clutch hub and pressure plate.I then replaced every hose, cable,electrical clips,brackets all the bearings and seals and rubber parts on the frame.The brakes were overhauled and grit blasted then coated in hammertone powder coat.Bf goodridge brake lines were fitted. The cases were grit blasted then coated with clear ceracoate to prevent staining. The bling parts you can see in the photos. The suspension is all race tech gold valves front and rear.Set up is for XC as bike is used for motocross and off road.Radiator braces are fitted and skid plate.Lots of little bits are cerocoated ie engine covers and brackets as well as front and back master cylinders. New FMF fatty pipe and shorty muffler, lectron carb and vee force reed block. Magura hydralic clutch is all so fitted to finish the bike off. The bike is great to ride and is more fun than i have had in a long time .
