Everyday that passes, the probability that they are updating the 2022 CRF250R increases. As others have noted, if it was the same, they'd just do the press release by now. Maybe they are a bit late finalizing the bike / press materials?

Added reply in a thread Does Forkner need a change or is his star fading? 6/22/2021 12:08 PM

Forker needs to keep doing what he has been doing--staying off the ground. It's hard to sit out this many races, have this many injuries, some of them very serious, and be on pace for 30+2 twice. I hope he just finishes out the season slowly building. ... more »

Added reply in a thread Track Prep... Less is more. 6/20/2021 8:39 AM

Track looked perfect to me on TV. The deeper and wetter track prep problem is compounded by the fact that we use practice as qualifying, so everyone hammers one line, and that’s the hot line until it’s too rough in moto 2. Id like to see it ripped and ... more »

There are a couple small tracks on Long Island. Ghost Town looks great, but I have never been. I live in Philly and ride at Englishtown, Field of Dreams, Southwick, Budds Creek, and Tomahawk. Budds is awesome, as it's open everyday, and you can ride ... more »

Some of us will give us 2 percent in power to have a chassis that handles better than the rest of the bikes. I do think the HRC bikes are certainly faster than the previous bikes, and I am hoping this is a by-product of 2022 development, but I know the ... more »

Cancel the Olympics and make us those 2022s

That is because they raced it in the MXGP. They don't do that with the 250.

I mean, they could have at least sprung the 250F to the typical weight of a 250F rider (150-170).

Added reply in a thread MOTOSPORT WHAT THE F$%^K? 6/9/2021 7:49 AM

Maybe call them and ask them what happened instead of posting here? I have never had one issue with Motosport.com and I buy all my stuff through them. They will literally assign you a "gear head", someone you can email or call anytime and ask questions. ... more »

I dig my Ridgeline, does everything I need it to do well. Glad to see more competition in this genre though.

Added reply in a thread 2022 CRF250R 6/8/2021 7:40 AM

Yup, but I was nervous that covid might have delayed them on the 250, both because of R&D time and production / supply chain issues. It does seems like they are sticking to their typical update schedule and giving us a new 250 this year. Fingers ... more »

On "Main Event Moto" they talked about Jett's bike being totally new next year, new motor, new chassis, just like the 450.
