Good day now that the tracks in NJ are back open. Outdoor transmission is very rare, so it’s good to see places opening up while observing social distancing. Field of Dreams is doing a great job with a reservation system, huge parking lot, great track.

I mean, they did put it first! I honestly don’t know the ideal solution to fake news on social media. Regulation is scary, letting huge private companies to whatever they want and make money off disinformation is scary too.

Also, find me a post where I’ve claimed to be intelligent. I’ve only listed my training / academic background. Having a PhD doesn’t make you smart, it makes you trained in a scientific discipline.

Where did I say that? I am literally about to go ride right now. I think outdoor activities are super safe, in general. I just said, as the science suggests, that we should wear masks indoors in confined spaces to prevent people who have covid but no ... more »

Posting an article of science is not partisan. Repeating the procedures that public health experts have long suggested prevent the spread of a respiratory virus is not partisan. Refusing to take in the evidence around you because it makes the GOP president

Hey man, nothing wrong with being a sheet rocker. Dude works way harder than I do. Scientists are dumb and wrong sometimes too!

Yes, I’m very stupid, brainwashed by CNN, for pointing out successful strategies of other countries that public health experts suggested months ago would work, have worked elsewhere, and we didn’t do because we have a president who is an overgrown baby ... more »

The whole discussion here is way off base and pointless, because you are pitting "opening up" versus "shutting down" and trying to say shutting down will kill / harm more people. That's not how this had to go. Look at countries that acted early and swiftly ... more »

Eh, maybe it gives a slight advantage to Tomac, but it's a small one that will diminish as Kenny acclimates.

The cheapest thing to do that has the highest payoff is have your friend record you in a fews turns, and have him or her record some fast guys go through those turns as well. You will realize very quickly what you need to change. A lot of shitty riding ... more »

I think making cheap bikes sounds good in theory, but admitting your bike isn't great is not the best advertisement to sell more bikes. Remember when everyone pushed Apple to make a cheap iPhone? Yeah, it barely made any money, and then they started ... more »

Alright, got one going now! Also working on upgrading the insulation. Not sure how I can run a hose, but it’s not too annoying to empty it once every few days. Also going to invest in a leaf blower. I’ve always wanted one to dry my truck without towels. ... more »

That makes sense. Probably worth the investment plus monthly energy bill in the long term. Do you run a hose to make it continuous, or just always empty it?
