How about a dummy stator packed with 2 or 3 pounds of C4 that would detonate when kicked? The bike would be a total loss but at least we'd know who stole it when his fambly came out of the woodwork for their big payday...

Just don't run the sticker and flip off any fun cops you might see(and try to be faster than them). Maybe kick their tail lights out if you get a chance(and definitely be faster than them). It works for the people that don't work for a living...
