Some lower fork guards I bought for my kx125 were Polisport if memory serves. The fit wasn't brilliant.

Those energy gels are great. But expensive. Buy some jelly babies instead - they're made up of the same sugars, taste lovely and are much cheaper!

Putoline mx5 and mx7 are blue. Or at least used to be 5 years ago when I last rode.

I like the idea! I reckon it would look awesome.

Titleist make golf club heads out of (forged) carbon and I don't believe they break.

Added reply in a thread Honda developing carbon-fibre CRF subframe 3/10/2015 1:25 PM

It depends on the resin used. You can buy flexible resins.

Added reply in a thread Honda developing carbon-fibre CRF subframe 3/10/2015 1:17 PM

There is a chance the carbon subframes could be made a lot quicker than the current ally ones, which will save money (for Honda) by not needing so many workers. The hot press method they mention is what BMW use to make the carbon roof for the M3 and ... more »

Anything carbon fiber. And magnesium. And cnc billet parts, especially brake calipers. It's why I love Pit Bits so much ( thanks GuyB ) - get to see all the good stuff in detail.

It looks like the mesh the factory teams use to stop mud clogging up the radiators.

You clearly missed the bit where he said "in my opinion". My most disappointing purchase was the Stomp grip tape. Absolutely useless. The stuff fell off after 2mins of riding.

Added reply in a thread How cool was A2 with over under & one minute plus laps? 1/22/2015 2:14 AM

I'm glad the over-under made a re-appearance. Always liked them for some reason. Been years since it was last used, I think?? I remember it being used quite often back in the early 00's.

DLC coating - you could ask these people - http://www.diarc.fi/ If you managed to find some rmz fit Ohlins then your best bet would be to ask an Ohlins and Suzuki dealer if the suspension would fit. Ohlins do a cartridge kit so you don't have to buy ... more »

Added reply in a thread Aftermarket suspension for RM250 1/18/2015 10:09 AM

Do you have to have aftermarket suspension? Or is modifying the stock stuff an option to make it look and perform like more expensive stuff - i.e anodize upper fork legs, DLC lower legs and have them revalved? Same thing with shock. What about putting ... more »

Added reply in a thread Barcia Grabs a Handfull 1/11/2015 12:34 PM

Thanks. I can't see how anyone needs that much power in SX. Outdoors maybe. My kx125's mid 30s bhp is more than enough. Couldn't imagine 72bhp!

Added reply in a thread Barcia Grabs a Handfull 1/11/2015 10:38 AM

Where was it said/written that Barcia's bike produces 72bhp?

Added reply in a thread Could this be real? 1/6/2015 12:51 AM

It was mentioned in another thread that this is just a photoshop picture. The person who made this picture apparently makes quite a few 'next year' bike type pictures.

Thanks. I was wondering if they were kart wheels, but wasn't sure if they (esp kart axles) would be strong enough for the weight of the cart (could imagine it's a fair bit heavier than a person+kart).
