I spent a summer in Alaska on a commercial boat fishing for Halibut when I was a teenager. We caught a couple of them that were close to 300 pounds. The only fish I have ever eaten that compares to Halibut is Wahoo. Good stuff.

Never intended this to be a pro/anti hunting/trapping thread, but more just photos and videos of wildlife. As for my two cents, I have no problem with hunting in general, but I think that leghold traps are inhumane, and hunting with dogs is cowardly. ... more »
