I had a buddy make me an offer for my 2017 250 Husky that I couldn't refuse. So I figured it was time to go back to a 125. 2021 Beta 125RR Race Edition.

For those of you looking for a ride report here ya go..... I rode a local, old school time keeping enduro yesterday. I had around half an hour of ride time on the bike before the race started, the only mods I did to it was change bars and put hand guards
I adjusted the PV on my 125. It's design looks identical to the KTM/Husky system. When I first rode the bike it was smooth, I like the bike to have a pretty good hit in the mid-range. I adjusted it about half a turn and it's almost perfect now.
My plan is to install the race harness, Scalvini pipe (maybe silencer), and hopefully a VHM head.
First race is Sunday. I have to try to find time to break it in in the next couple days.

I'm on the search for a couple plastic Acerbis front fender braces. I'd like to have a white or black one and a blue or pink one.

Made a small amount of progress on the bike today. cleaned the subframe, airbox and triple clamps. I decided to have the framed powder coated to clean up most of the rust and then clear coated. I can't find someone to replate the frame and since I can't
Here is a CR I built a little while ago. It has a lot of purple.
So a small update on the bike. I've started gathering parts and cleaning some of the aluminum pieces. This thing says Gas Gas everywhere. I have most of the parts to put the chassis together and Ralf at TM has been a great help finding engine parts.
I finally figured out how to start this thing. It definitely isn't a screamer, the shorter you shift it the faster it goes. I found a small crack in the rear wheel, once I find spokes, I think I'm going to put gold rims on it. I also still need to find
A little update on the big Husaberg. I installed the correct muffler, changed the blue fender to yellow, tuned the carb and fixed a few other bugs. After spending a couple hours figuring out how to start it, it actually starts fairly easily. I purchased
Where did you find the smaller tank? The bikes look 100 times better with a smaller tank.
So while I'm tracking down parts for my 1994 GasGas EC 125 I decided to do a racer build on my FE 501 Husaberg. I picked the bike up a couple weeks ago, I was told it ran but when I kicked it through it made a bad noise. I took the flywheel off and the

Last week I picked up my next project, a 1994 FE 501 Husaberg. I would like to build the bike like a bike that would have been ran in the 4 stroke national series. I’ve looked all over google trying to find pictures of Husabergs racing the 4 stroke nationals ... more »

I was in the garage looking over some of the bike parts and noticed something cool. The GasGas logo on the tank is actually made in the tank, not a decal. Also, I looked the silencer over. The picture below shows the damage. Hopefully I can coat it with
So yesterday I disassembled the bike. It came apart pretty easy for the most part. The only thing I've had trouble with is the rear axel, its currently soaking in PB Blaster. I found a couple things during the tear down. This bike has had a rough life.
I'm about 99% sure it is an Acerbis carbon fiber silencer. I'm going to do what I can to save it, but it is cracked and the bracket has fallen apart. My plan is coat it with fiberglass resin to try to hold it together and then use a Bud Racing carbon ... more »
Not quite sure yet. The linkage looks just like my 93 KX and so does a lot of the other chassis parts. The motor uses a lot of CR parts, like the piston. What I think will be hard to find is the plastics. The rear number plates and part of the rear fender ... more »
I was looking through Facebook Marketplace the other day when something caught my eye. It is a 1994 GasGas EC 125. After driving about 7 hours round trip yesterday this bad boy is mine. It’s a very cool bike, nickel plated frame, TM engine, Ohlins shock,
